Home Improvement Component Replacement - Bath Curo has an obligation to renew the components in our customer's homes traditionally on cycles and additionally, when the need has arisen due to neglect and poor wear and tear of the component. Curo also needs to comply with Decent Homes 2010 and beyond, and to be ahead of the rising need for Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). Our Home Improvements programmes include kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors etc. fall into one of the 29 categories and we will be failing the customer and authorities if we fail to renew these. The HHSRS rating states that ourInvitation to Tender The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 4 years plus an extension of 1 x 4 years, followed by a final extension of 1 x 2 years (both subject to satisfactory performance). Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until. You will then receive a receipt (print & retain a copy of this receipt and this is your confirmation of your submission). The tender status will then confirm your documents have been submitted.
