Friday 22 November 2019 (10.00am – 1.00pm) Conference Room, Cumbria House, 117 Botchergate, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 1RD What is CSLR The Carlisle Southern Link Road will connect Junction 42 of the M6 with the A595 Newby West and will connect with Carlisle Northern Development route from the A595 to Junction 44 of the M6. Subject to planning permission we aim to construct the road from Spring 2021 to 2023. The 8km long 60mph road will include four new roundabouts, five cycle bridges and four road bridges and a cycle path on the northern side along its full length.
