Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to appoint a Construction Contractor to deliver the construction works associated with the refurbishment of the Town Hall (as well as the Assembly Hall and related landscaping works). The Construction Contractor will also fulfil the role of Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations 2015. LBWF is pursuing a traditional route to refurbish the listed historic buildings: the Town Hall (Grade II) and the Assembly Hall (Grade II) and the fountain and surrounding landscape.
