Call off contract for repair & replacement of suspended ceiling tiles, grid & associated work elements within specific Stoke on Trent City Council operated & maintained premises. This new contract will be for 4 years This procurement is for a single contractor framework to undertake Suspended Ceiling repairs to council owned buildings. The winning contractor must supply all materials required and undertake installation. The contract is expected to begin in December 2019 and is expected to run until October 2023. No work is guaranteed through this contract. When the winning contractor is called-off they will be expected to undertake the work within 24 hours. If this cannot be achieved then Unitas is free to find an alternative provider. The quotations received will be judged on price alone. Contractors will be required to provide evidence of holding £5m Public Liability insurance and £5m Employers Liability. Keywords: Ceilings, servicing
