Market Engagement Event Wiltshire Council’s Residential Development Team would like to invite you to learn about their growing ambition to deliver more affordable housing in Wiltshire. The events which will take place on Monday 28th October at 3:30pm and 6:30pm, in the Cotswold Space at County Hall, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN and will give you an opportunity to meet the housing team, meet the procurement team, understand the programme of delivery, the new Development Company and the procurement process. With uncertain times ahead; The Residential Development Team are also keen to understand the capacity within the market place to help deliver the programme. The sessions will be interactive with opportunities to discuss the pressures of the industry at present. This event aims to bring providers together to: • Familiarise themselves with electronic tendering processes, including the new Standard Questionnaire (SQ) • Receive help and advice on ’how to do business with Wiltshire Council’ • Information on the various contracting methods the Council is to use e.g. Framework; DPS; etc. • Meet the teams involved in the Tendering Process • Networking • Learn about upcoming Procurement activity The event is free but pre-booking is required.
