Framework for Landscaping, Groundworks and related supplies and services

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the "Council") is seeking tenders from Contractor's wishing to join a Framework Agreement for the provision of Landscaping, Groundworks and related supplies and services. The Framework Agreement will be formed between the Council and multiple Contractors. The agreement will be configured in lots as follows: Lot 1 Design & Installation of play facilities Lot 2 Soft Surfacing Lot 3 Hard Surfacing and Line Marking Lot 4 Fencing Lot 5 Design & Installation of Canopies, Cycle Shelters, Street Furniture, Signage and Sports Equipment Lot 6 Soft Landscaping Lot 7 Hard Landscaping and Groundworks Lot 8 Artificial Grass Surfacing and Maintenance for Sports Lot 9 Turn-Key Solution / Entire Project The Framework Agreement will be utilised by Council departments to support the delivery of projects to maintain and improve external grounds. Individual projects, known as "call offs" from the Framework Agreement, will range in value from smaller projects worth a few hundred pounds to much larger projects. The total annual spend under this Framework Agreement across Contractors and lots is estimated to be up to £250,000. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of two years with the potential to extend for a further 2 years in increments of up to 12 months and therefore has an estimated maximum contract value of £1,000,000.
