Tender description

The framework agreement is for the supply of food to go including but not limited to sandwiches and salads for both patient feeding and retail outlets, savoury pastry products including but not limited to sausage rolls, pies and pastries, as well as hot sandwiches related to ready to eat adult meal solutions for retail outlets. The framework agreement is for 24 months with the option to extend incrementally up to 48 months. A range of core sandwich products including but not limited to wraps, salads with various fillings for patient feeding. It is anticipated that the value of purchases for this lot will be circa 8 000 000 GBP, however this is approximate only. A range of core sandwiches with specialist dietary requirements to include but not limited to Gluten Free, Vegan, Halal and Kosher. It is anticipated that the value of purchases for this lot will be circa 3 500 000 GBP, however this is approximate only. A range of retail products including but not limited to sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastries, hot eats, paninis, toasties, burritos, granola pots, yogurt pots, fruit pots, hospitality platters and other world cuisine products. It is anticipated that the value of purchases for this lot will be circa 13 000 000 GBP, however this is approximate only. A range of sandwich fillings suitable for NHS Trusts who wish to make products in house, available in a variety of pack sizes. It is anticipated that the value of purchases for this lot will be circa 800 000 GBP, however this is approximate only.
