Nottinghamshire County Council (the ‘Council’) is seeking tenders from contractor’s wishing to join a framework agreement for the provision of landscaping, groundworks and related supplies and services. The framework agreement will be formed between the Council and multiple contractors. The agreement will be configured in lots. The framework agreement will be utilised by Council departments to support the delivery of projects to maintain and improve external grounds. — design, supply and installation of external play equipment, — design and installation of playground markings, — design, supply and installation of outdoor shelters and structures. — design, supply and installation of safety surfacing, — design, supply and installation of artificial grass. Design, supply and installation of various hard surfacing, ranging from repair work, over-laying and full construction of paths and playgrounds. Line marking for roads, car-parks and sports. Supply and installation of all types of fencing. — design, supply and install gate automation, — design, supply and install of handrails + barriers. Design, supply and installation of canopies in a range of materials and styles. Supply + supply and install street furniture. Supply + install cycle shelters in range of styles and materials. Supply and install + supply only of signage in range of styles and materials. Supply of sports equipment. General soft landscaping works. Tree works; including high level work. Plant and tree supplies. Horticultural supplies: supply and deliver wide range of horticultural supplies. Soil suppliers. Design and construction of natural turf sports pitches. General maintenance. Design and construction of various hard landscaping and groundwork projects. Design and installation of drainage and sewer schemes/plans + maintenance. Design and installation of anti-slip flooring systems. Joinery work. External cleaning. Aggregates suppliers; supply and deliver wide range of aggregates. Design, supply and installation of various styles of artificial grass for sport. Artificial grass repairs for various styles. Specialist cleaning of artificial grass. Line marking. Design and construction of multi-use games areas (MUGA’s). Co-ordination and delivery of an entire project which is complex and has multiple requirements across lots 1-8.
