Tender description
Repairs and maintenance services framework for Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, not limited to but open up to Dorset NHS Wide NHS Trust. Framework categories electrical, plumbing and drainage, windows and doors, painting and decorating, flooring, ground works, roofing, removal services, locksmiths and ironmongery. PAT testing, electrical wiring, lighting and lightning protection testing steeplejacks, switches, amperage fuses, meters, cables and conduits are firmly attached to walls or beams and that nothing is hanging from them, HV electrical switchgear and transformers maintenance and other electrical requirements. Dishwashers, washing machines, disposal systems, sewage, gutter cleaning, gas plumping specialist, gulley, pipes, drains, leaky faucets, sink traps and building trap (basement). Broken windows, repairing locks, blinds, easing frames, latches, locks, repair and replace, relocate sensors on doors, connect of auto doors, install door controls. Reactive painting and decorating maintenance work, planned maintenance and minor alterations and improvements works. General works of a maintenance and refurbishment nature including small — medium capital works schemes, orders to include single works trades to multiple trades. Provide flooring requirements as ad hoc to support the Trust’s in urgent requirements. Vide ground works requirements which covers, line painting works, pothole filling, fencing all types. To provide all roofing requirements as ad hoc to support the Trust’s in urgent requirements. Provide the Trusts with requirements of office removals, waste removals, transport furniture between the Trusts and any other NHS Trusts. To provide specialist services, doors, cabinets, lockers. To repair to ironworks and replacement where required.
