Refurbishment works to external fabric of tenanted properties in Conservation area

Tender description

Lewisham Homes seek to appoint a Contractor to undertake Works as part of the External Works Programme (Package D). Works include structural works and repairs, window repair/replacement, roofing repair/replacement, external painting and improvements to internal communal areas. These works are long-awaited and seek to address the lack of recent investment in improvements to our housing stock. All 46 properties in the package are tenanted with a number of them located within Conservation Areas.
