Paragon Asra Housing Ltd require the following works to be carried out at 49 Dinsdale Road, Maze Hill, Greenwich, London, SE3 7RJ. Demolition of an existing retaining wall, construction of a replacement masonry screening wall and potential remedial works to neighbouring boundary wall, plus associated landscaping. The works have arisen from the growth of trees and the roots making the current wall unstable and dislodged from the soil.
