Tender description
Canterbury City Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the refurbishment of Parham-Phase 2, Canterbury and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements. The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification within the Employers Requirements. It should be noted that by submitting a Tender, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence January 2020 and will continue for a period of approx. 40 weeks or such longer period as agreed between the parties as stated within the Appendix A and Conditions of the Contract.
