Tender description
The project involves conservation works, refurbishment and upgrading of the existing O'Briens Tower structure. The works will consist of replacement of an internal steel spiral staircase, repairs to existing internal floors and roof, replacement of existing windows and doors, lime plaster works to exterior along with electrical works.
