NUN - HEART DFG Major Works Framework Agreement

Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council as the LEAD Authority are tendering to commission a DFG Major Works, Property Extensions and Garage Conversions (and associated Works) Framework Agreement for the HEART partnership. HEART is an abbreviation of the Home Environment Assessment and Response Team. The Works under the framework agreement are of an ad-hoc and responsive nature. Continuity of work cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, no specific value of works can be guaranteed under this framework agreement. To enable the HEART to maximise potential benefits, the requirement has been divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 - North HEART (Nuneaton and Bedworth, North Warwickshire, Rugby) Lot 2 - South HEART (Warwick District, Stratford Borough) Lot 3 - Emergency Works (all Warwickshire areas)
