Tender description

1. To wire brush and scrape the walls of the boiler room to remove the residual asbestos insulation that has been located. To encapsulate the asbestos ceiling as far back as can be reached behind the water tanks. To create a seal between the front and rear void within the boiler house. 2. To decontaminate and encapsulate the adjacent electrical cupboard. 3. To decontaminate and encapsulate the redundant kiln room. 4. To inspect all of the convector heater units within block 2 and seal or encapsulate as required. 5. To generally vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing.
