Tender description
The Framework Agreement covers the supply, delivery, fitting, repair and refurbishment of flooring coverings across 2 product supply lots, 6 geographical lots for fitting, repair and refurbishments and 6 geographical lots for supply, fitting, repairs and refurbishments. A sustainable approach to the provision of materials sourced from renewable and/or recycled resources is encouraged. The agreement is for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months and will commence in September 2018. The purpose of this lot was for the supply of flooring products (resilient flooring) to institutions by Contractors who can provide national coverage (Scotland). A sustainable approach to the provision of materials sourced from renewable and/or recycled resources was encouraged. The purpose of Lot 3A was to provide a fitting, repairs and refurbishment service to the Institutions in the North Highlands and Islands and was designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. The purpose of this Lot 3B was to provide a fitting, repairs and refurbishment service to the institutions in Aberdeen and Grampians and is designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. The purpose of this Lot 3C was to provide a fitting, repairs and refurbishment service to the Institutions in the Stirlingshire and Central region and is designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. The purpose of this Lot 3D was to provide a fitting, repairs and refurbishment service to the Institutions in the Fife, Perthshire, Dundee and Tayside and is designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. The purpose of this Lot 3E was to provide a fitting, repairs and refurbishment service to the institutions in the East of Scotland (Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders) and is designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. The purpose of this Lot 3F was to provide a fitting, repairs and refurbishment service to the Institutions in the South West of Scotland (Greater Glasgow, Argyll, Renfrewshire and Ayrshire) and is designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. The purpose of this Lot 4A was to provide a product supply, fittings, repairs and refurbishment service for those Institutions in the North Highlands and Islands a “One Stop Shop” service solution and combines the requirements for Lots 1, 2 and 3A.
