Bristol City Council (BCC) owns approximately 27 000 dwellings and around 600 blocks of flats with a range of property types, including: — 1 bed bungalows, — studio flats, — 3 bedroom maisonettes and — 2-4 bedroom houses. Blocks range from 3 storey walk-up flats to 18 storey high rise blocks. There are 59 high rise blocks, 28 sheltered blocks and around 500 other blocks. Bristol City Council wish to award a new contract to an experienced and suitable Contractor to provide drain clearance, land drainage, stack clearance, repairs or renewals and CCTV surveys to properties owned and leased by Bristol City Council who can demonstrate innovation to provide an efficient service and reduce costs.
