Carriageway planing and resurfacing at the following locations: Columbus Ravine (site 1) - between Prospect Road and Dean Road Columbus Ravine (site 2) - between Peasholm Cottages and Peasholm Gap roundabout Stepney Road - between Park Avenue and no.106 Stepney Drive - from end of anti skid near roundabout to number 31 Columbus Ravine - site 1 Plane off 110mm of existing bituminous surfacing and reinstate using the following: Provide and lay 60mm of 20mm DAC HDM Binder Course Provide and lay 50mm HRA 55/14 WTR2 high stone content asphalt surface course. New thermoplastic road markings shall be applied throughout the extents of the scheme. Ironworks shall be adjusted to suit cariageway levels or as directed by the engineer. Reinstatement of high friction surfacing. Columbus Ravine - site 2, Stepney Road and Stepney Drive Plane off 130mm of existing bituminous surfacing and reinstate using the following: Provide and lay 80mm of 20mm DAC HDM Binder Course Provide and lay 50mm HRA 55/14 WTR2 high stone content asphalt surface course. New thermoplastic road markings shall be applied throughout the extents of the scheme. Ironworks shall be adjusted to suit cariageway levels or as directed by the engineer. Reinstatement of high friction surfacing. Works to Columbus Ravine to be carried out during the day. Works to Stepney Road and Stepney Drive to be carried out during the night.
