Sceaux Gardens - Contractor Services for New Homes Delivery

Tender description

The Contracting Authority wishes to procure a contractor to carry out the following scope of works: the demolition of existing structures and buildings on the sites as required and the subsequent construction of new 4, 5 and 7 storey blocks to locate 81 dwellings with common areas, communal heating network and the landscaping and associated infrastructure; comprising sixteen 1 bedroom flats, forty five 2 bedroom flats, eleven 3 bedroom flats and nine 4 bedroom flats at Florian, Racine & Marie Curie Garages, Sceaux Garden, London, SE5. The works will be delivered in two separate phases: Phase 1 means the demolition of existing buildings on each site and the subsequent design and development of Florian Site, the Garage Site and the associated Landscaping and infrastructure works to the area. Phase 2 means the demolition of existing buildings on the site and the subsequent design and development of Racine Site, the Reconstruction of the Estate Road and associated Landscaping and infrastructure works to the area.
