Tender description

The one off purchase of a quantity of five (5) coach built accessible minibuses for fleet services to provide statutory duties relating to community transport. Telford and Wrekin Council are seeking to procure a quantity of five (5) coach built accessible minibuses. The supplier will be required to supply the deliverables to buyers. The supply shall include but not limited to: — undertaking physical delivery of the required vehicles in respect of any resultant contract, — undertaking any billing requirements, — undertaking to meet all Buyer requirements, — providing a support function to deal with Buyer enquiries and issues, — complying with any KPIs and service levels and any reporting requirements that may be detailed. The mandatory and desirable deliverable requirements applicable are identifiable by ‘M’ or ‘D’, which appears in the left hand margin in Table 1 of the specification. Telford and Wrekin Council reserve the right to exclude any supplier who is unable to meet the mandatory requirements.
