Tender description
Development of 42 Residential Units consisting of: A. 8 No 3 bed houses in a terrace; B. 16 No Duplex units over 18 No ground floor apartments. Between Loughlinstown Wood and Cois Cualain roads, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin. The tender process will be through competitive dialogue. We are seeking developer/contractors who can deliver completed units for some/all of the units providing their own construction finance for the duration of the works.
