Tender description

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking tenders for a delivery model to acquire 400 properties for affordable housing. The model offered by the Tenderer must have the ability to acquire a further 200 properties at the Council's discretion. The Council will consider all types of innovative delivery models. The Council is ideally looking for a contract period of 40 years; however, the Council will consider other proposed options. The estimated total value noted in point II.1.5 below is based on the estimated discounted value of 400 properties in year 40. The Tender opportunity will be run electronically through the London Tenders Portal and suppliers will need to register their company with the portal at www.londontenders.org to ensure they are able to submit the relevant documents. All applications must be made through the London Tenders portal only and not to the contact details contained in this notice.
