Tender description

The contracting authority wishes to procure a contractor to carry out works as follows: demolition of existing structures/buildings and subsequent construction of new 4, 5 and 7 storey blocks to locate 81 dwellings with common areas, communal heating network and landscaping and associated infrastructure; comprising 16 x 1 bedroom flats, 45 x 2 bedroom flats, 11 x 3 bedroom flats and 9 x 4 bedroom flats at Florian, Racine and Marie Curie Garages, Sceaux Garden, London, SE5. The contracting authority wishes to procure a contractor to carry out works as follows: demolition of existing structures/buildings and subsequent construction of new 4, 5 and 7 storey blocks to locate 81 dwellings with common areas, communal heating network and landscaping and associated infrastructure; comprising 16 x 1 bedroom flats, 45 x 2 bedroom flats, 11 x 3 bedroom flats and 9 x 4 bedroom flats at Florian, Racine and Marie Curie Garages, Sceaux Garden, London, SE5. The works comprise 2 separate phases. Phase 1: demolition of existing buildings and the subsequent design and development of the Florian site, the garage site and the associated landscaping and infrastructure works; Phase 2: demolition of existing buildings and the subsequent design and development of the Racine site, the reconstruction of the Estate Road and associated landscaping and infrastructure works. The successful contractor will enter into a delivery agreement with the contracting authority, with the opportunity to enter into an amended form of the JCT Pre-Contract Services Agreement 2016 and amended form of JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 for each of the phases described above.
