Tender description
The Council requires a delivery model to acquire 400 properties for affordable housing. The model offered by the Provider must have the ability to acquire a further 200 properties at the Council’s discretion and subject to the agreement of a revised financial model and acquisition timetable. The delivery model will include the purchasing and refurbishment of existing street properties and new builds (which have received planning permission) for long term occupation. The Council are looking for certainty and speed around the delivery of homes without the need to wait for land to be found, brought, planning permission granted and the construction period to deliver affordable homes.
