Tender description
Guinness Property require support for a number of Empty Homes works backlog in the North west and Cheshire regions. These works will consist of a mixture of the below work streams and all subcontractors must be able to carry out the full scope; Total Void · Groundworks · Fencing and Gates · Brickwork · Masonry · Joinery · Plastering & Finishes · Wall, Floor & Sheet Finishes · Plumbing · Glazing · Roofing (Minor Works) Electrical Works These works will be costed on V6 SOR with an uplift or discount as specified by the subcontractor.
