Tender description
Suffolk County Council is considering combining the budgets, coordination and delivery of Countywide Rural and Adult Care Service transport and are seeking to engage with the passenger transport market. We are considering commencement of a procurement process in March 2020 for contract commencement April 2021. Engagement will take the form of individual question and answer sessions and interested parties should email connecting.communities@suffolk.gov.uk in the first instance to request an information pack no later than 2.10.2019. Following receipt of the information pack, interested parties should request a date and timeslot for a Q&A session. Afternoon sessions in Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX and Constantine House, Constantine Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DH will be available on the 7, 15 and 21.10.2019 with timeslots to be confirmed in the information pack. A session is expected to last approximately 1 hour. See II.1.4).
