Multiparty Framework Agreement of Landscape Contractors with an Initial contract for Landscaping Works to the Central Median on Dorset Street (Phase1)

Tender description

Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement of Landscape/Minor Civils Contractors on foot of an initial contract for works to the Central Median in Dorset Street Phase 1, Dublin 1. It is envisaged that the number of Contractors admitted to the Framework following this procurement competition will be five (5) subject to suitable tenderer's meeting the requirements of the Selection and Award Criteria. The scope of works to be included in the framework agreement include but, are not limited to, the following: (a) Landscape development & Hard landscape works - Groundwork’s, Soil works, Reinstatement works, paving and walkways, kerbing, Walls, Fencing, Drainage, Lighting and ducting, Street Furniture, Irrigation systems. (b) Soft Landscape works - Supply and plant: Street planting, One-off specimen trees, multiple large-scale projects. (c) SUDS Implementation - Installation of SUDS schemes , Tree Pits including the installation of cellular tree pit system’s and structural soil systems. (d) Minor building works and maintenance to ancillary structures e.g. gutter installation and repair, window installation and repairs, rendering and general building repair works etc. This framework agreement is also expected to support the delivery of other public realm works over the time of its operation. Only those tenders capable of delivering all of the services listed above will be considered. This framework agreement is expected to support the delivery of a number of projects over the time of its operation. Typically, the scale of individual projects is expected to be in the following range; Estimated Cost Range for Individual Projects - €25,000.00 up to €1,000,000.00.
