Mid Sussex District Council - Reactive Repairs and Minor Building Works - AWARD

Tender description

The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide the works stated above. The Council is undertaking an open procurement process under the Council's local tender process. The Council is inviting tenders for reactive repairs and minor works to its office, various separately located pavilion buildings, public conveniences, a shopping centre (communal landlord areas and site office), a small static caravan site (9 pitches) and a small number of tenanted residential properties (Currently14 No.). The contract also covers occasional works to a Civic Centre in Haywards Heath, five Community Centres in Burgess Hill, Turners Hill and East Grinstead and to Jill Windmill in Hassocks. The Council are also in the process of purchasing a small number of residential properties (approx. 20 No.) to manage and let as Temporary Accommodation. The exact number and locations are not currently known, but they will all be located within the MSDC boundary and will be within the scope of this contract to repair and maintain.
