Tender description
The Isle of Wight Council is looking for a joint venture development partner for the development of an intergenerational independent living community on the former Sandham Middle School site. The vision is to transform the redundant Sandham Middle School site into a thriving community hub with outstanding Island Independent Living accommodation, a high quality day nursery and specialist accommodation for a range of vulnerable client groups. The Council invites organisations, partnerships and consortia interested in this opportunity to engage in a competitive dialogue procurement process. A Bidders Day will be held on 18 September 2019.
