Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the supply and distribution of fresh meat, fish, cakes and bakery, coffee, ice cream and other miscellaneous items. The framework will commence on 1.4.2020 and will be for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the Part A — tender questionnaire, Part B — tender return document, pricing schedule — return document 2 together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 on 10.10.2019. Supply of fresh meat and meat products to include local meat, speciality products inclusive of some RSPCA assured product lines. The supply of fresh fish and fish products. The supply of cakes to include boxed, whole and individually wrapped and unwrapped including gluten free. The supply of bread, rolls and morning goods to include speciality bread, rolls and pastry items including gluten free. Supply of speciality coffee to include beans, filter coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, cups and cleaning sundries. includes the purchasing and maintenance of bean2cup and traditional espresso machines. The contractor and contracting authority may contract under a service agreement in respect to this provision, however, this shall not form part of the tenderer's tender submission and will not be evaluated. Includes the purchasing or on loan filter coffee machines. Includes staff training, cafe design and marketing support. The supply of speciality ice cream to include vegan ice cream offerings, handheld impulse wrapped products, catering tubs for scooping, soft serve ice cream, cones, sauces and toppings, units and accessories including parasols, plastic spoons, sterilisers, purchased freezers with free stock including service agreement and parts warranty. This lot is aimed at a wholesale distributor of fresh, ambient, chilled and frozen products specialising in local produce. The contractor shall offer a catalogue which includes a comprehensive offering across all categories of fresh, ambient, chilled and frozen products, specifically focusing on local produce including vegan and gluten free product offerings. They must have the ability to supply in both small and large volumes and offer a discount off listed price.
