Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of courier services to be utilised by central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations. CCS will be partnering with YPO to put this agreement in place. Courier services: Early thinking is that services will be broken down into framework lots including (but not limited to), the following draft courier services: — collection and delivery, — secure collection and delivery, — secure collection and delivery and storage for examination papers, — dedicated network, — collection and delivery of specimens, samples, pharmaceutical and controlled drugs, — regional courier, — security screening, — collection and delivery of firearms and explosives, — collection and delivery of radioactive materials.
