Tender description

1.1. The University of Leeds (the ‘University’) is conducting a competitive procurement under the restricted process applicable under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (‘PCR 2015’) to appoint a principal contractor to design and construct a 5-storey teaching block to form part of the Leeds University Business School (LUBS), including proposed works to the surrounding streetscape. This guidance is to assist those intending to complete a selection questionnaire (‘SQ’). This procurement exercise is being conducted as a restricted 2 tier procedure in compliance with regulations 28 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and as described below. Selection questions will be applied and presented in the format of a SQ.
