Tender description

Site preparation, ground works, foundations, utilities installation, and landscaping of sites, and the assembly and erection of modular housing (made by others), and later dismantling, relocation and re-erection of the same. It is expected that 200 modular houses will be erected on 8-10 sites in the first 5 years of the contract, with potential for a further 100 homes in a further 4-6 sites if the contact extension is used.
