Tender description
The Council invited suppliers to apply to become an admitted participant for the provision of passenger transport services for the Council. This will be a framework agreement using a dynamic purchasing system. This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) will operate for an initial period of 5 years with yearly break clauses. The DPS will last for no longer than 10 years in total. The DPS will have 9 lots in total. Lot details are provided in the tender documents. The Council invited suppliers to apply to become an admitted participant for the provision of passenger transport services for the Council via a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). To be included on the DPS, applicants will have to satisfy the Council that they meet the stipulated selection criteria; this will be assessed through the evaluation of the answers given in response to the exclusion questions, the general selection questions and the service specific questions. Once appointed to the DPS, contracts will be awarded by means of further competition.
