Construction work for university buildings

Tender description

Project North Park is the University's new post graduate and research teaching space. It will be the largest single infrastructure investment the University has made on its Streatham Campus to date. The building will be developed in a phased approach, with the building shell of 13 093 m2 with 7 268 m2 of internal building fit out completed in phase 1. Subject to contractor performance the successful contractor will be appointed under this contract to deliver the remaining phases. Phase 2 will commence one month after phase 1 is complete will involve the fit out of 4 945 m2, with the remaining 1 880 m2 fitted out 1 month after the completion of phase 2. The University will run an EU restricted procedure procurement for Project North Park with a maximum of 5 bidders taken through to final ITT stage. Bidders will be asked to submit fixed price submissions for Phase 1 (described above) with the successful bidder then asked to complete phases 2 and 3 as options subject to review of contractor performance.
