Procurement on behalf of Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent. Following on from Phase 1 - Demolition of Ashford Police station foot ramp, the following works are now being advertised: Phase 2 - Single Storey Refurbishment works Please note that Phase 3 - Tower block Refurbishment will be tendered separately. This procurement will be conducted using a restricted procedure involving a qualification stage and tender stage. Based on pre-qualification stage scoring and ranking, it is envisaged that 6 highest scoring Tenderers will be invited to Tender Stage. Please note at the discretion of the Authority more Tenderers may be invited to the Tender Stage in order to preserve fair and equal competition. Full details of the stages, envisaged number of candidates to be invited to tender stage, evaluation and award criteria, and indicative timetable are detailed in the tender documents.
