Tender description
The deadline date for upload of submissions has been extended to Wednesday 27th March 2019 @ 12 noon (Irish Time). Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of services to undertake an evaluation of the customer experience across Local Enterprise Offices. The main objective is to assess front line operations and ascertain client outcomes across a range of typical customer enquiries. It is anticipated that the initial contract will last for approximately 7 months, commencing April 2019.
