Tender description

The scope of the works shall include the excavation and disposal of an estimated 20 000 m3 of largely industrial and commercial in-situ buried waste material to licensed waste management facilities, in accordance with National and European Regulations, the importation of engineering fill and the on-site processing of existing in-situ fill material, to remediate the site for future development. The works shall also include enabling works, including protection and diversion of existing underground services including a (24" Asbestos Cement watermain and a 450 mm live foul sewer), construction of fencing and drainage works.
