London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is looking to procure 3 suppliers to undertake repairs and maintenance works to its 17 000 homes and to its voids. This will be via a 15-month JCT 2016 measured term contract of approximately 7 500 000 — 8 500 000 GBP split into 3 geographical lots. Typical work types will be: complex works, communal repairs, estate inspections, minor FRA works, handyperson, bricklaying, carpentry, decorating, electrical, fencing, flooring, glazing, ground worker, labourer, locksmith, multi trade, plasterer, plumbing, scaffolding, blocked chutes, tiling, windows UPVC, legal disrepair.
