Tender description

This RFI is a general market enquiry to identify potential suppliers for the provision of a facilities management service for Northern Ireland Water (NI Water). We are seeking to understand the market offering and in particular, the financial investment required to implement a new provision of a facilities management service, to inform our business case and subsequent tender specification. We are seeking engagement and help from the market in framing a commercially viable solution to meet our needs. The RFI questionnaire is currently available to complete and you can request a copy via email at sourcing@niwater.com, FAO Lia Irimes. Requests for the RFI and for clarifications are to be made no later 12.00 noon on 28.8.2019. Responses are required no later than 12.00 noon on 30.8.2019. Building maintenance, above ground minor works, grounds maintenance, fencing, intruder and alarm maintenance and repair, CCTV and automatic barriers and gates maintenance and repair, health and safety equipment, surveys and testing.
