PHE - 190029 - BIG Single Laboratory Refurbishment - Expressions of interest

Tender description

PHE are looking for expressions of interest in the project described below. Please note that you will need to express an interest through PHE.Bravo and complete the details requested. The ITT will be by invitation only to those that have expressed an interest and then signed a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA) The PHE are looking to refurbish single laboratory to bring the finishes and the HVAC up to a CL3 standard. The refurbishment will include for a new HVAC system and controls giving the capability of isolating the lab during the fumigation period. Plant will be located externally. The civil work will include relocation of the voids, blocking of openings, laboratory finishes, Data, mechanical and electrical services etc. Additional information: Organisations will need to register or be registered on PHE Bravo to be able to participate.
