Tender description
Birmingham City Council would like to appoint an organisation to manage the awarding, monitoring and evaluation of small grants and donations to community groups and organisations to support the Neighbourhood Network Schemes operating in the Edgbaston and Northfield Constituency. The commissioned provider would also be responsible for making the award to community assets, ensuring that due diligence is followed and that grants are made which are at least consistent with the Council's Conditions of Grant Aid. In addition the provider would also be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of awards, working in collaboration with Neighbourhood Network Scheme partners to support grant recipients and understand the outcomes and impact of individual grants and the all the grants made. This contract will be for a period of 18 months commencing 1st October 2019 until 31st March 2021.
