Borrisokane — The construction of 4 No 2 Bedroom singles storey dwellings; 6 No 2 Bedroom 2 storey dwellings; 5 No 3 Bedroom 2 storey dwellings and 1 No 4 Bedroom 2 storey dwelling including all associated external works. Thurles — The construction of 4 No 2 bedroom single storey dwellings; 13 No 2 Bedroom 2 storey dwellings; 10 No 3 bedroom 2 storey dwellings; and 1 No 4 bedroom 2 storey dwelling including all associated external works including drainage, services, paths, driveways, soft landscaping and boundary treatments. Site development works including connections to public sewers, underground services, alterations and tie ins to existing roads and footpaths and the construction of a new entrance to serve this new development and the existing neighbouring estate 'The Glebe'.
