Tender description

The University of Worcester Estates Department is renewing its medium construction related works and refurbishment framework agreement to deliver a variety of projects over the next 3 to 4 years. The nature of the projects can range from simple office refurbishments to a new cricket centre sports facility. Typically the schemes falling under this contract will be between 300 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP in value. The University of Worcester is seeking to invite suitable principal contractors (as defined by the CDM Regulations 2015) to participate in this procurement process. The notice involves the establishment of a framework agreement. It is envisaged that there would be six contractors awarded a place on the framework.
