Tender description
The contractor shall submit a price for the whole of the design and construction of the works as noted in 5 Pricing Submission and Part 5 Claylands Prelims Workbook. Upon appointment following the tender process, the contractor will enter into an NEC Option A construction contract for the design and build of the contract. See Appendix 1 for the contract data.
