Tender description

This project is for paintworks and decoration (including reactive and remedial works) of 13 employer managed prisons, a college, a combined central store and national training facility (Fauldhouse), and an administrative headquarters building (Calton House). 16 sites in total, with flexibility to include additions/deletions to the employers estate if required. Lot 1: The SPS require a contractor to provide paintworks and decoration works across the SPS estate, namely: — HMP Edinburgh, — SPS Headquarters, — HMP and YOI Polmont, — SPS College, — HMP and YOI Cornton Vale, — HMP Glenochil, — HMP Perth, and — HMP Open Estate — Castle Huntly. Lot 2: The SPS requires a contractor to provide paintworks and decoration works to the SPS, namely: — HMP Barlinnie, — HMP Low Moss, — HMP Greenock, — HMP Dumfries, — HMP Shotts, and — SPS Fauldhouse. Lot 3: The SPS require a contractor to provide paintworks and decoration works to the SPS within HMP Inverness. Lot 4: The SPS require a contractor to provide paintworks and decoration works to the SPS within HMP and YOI Grampian.
