Tender description

Southport & Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust is looking for a provider for remodelling of wards at Southport District General Hospital. There are 8 wards which form this project and all wards are located on the 1st floor level. The work will include the provision of new nurse bases, creation of additional storage spaces and general refurbishment of circulation areas (decoration, floor finishes and lighting) The remodelling work is to be undertaken two wards at a time (the two wards will not be adjacent to one another). There will be some overlap between the completion of one pair of wards and the commencement of the next pair.
