Tender description

This is a supplier market testing exercise for the proposed services contract for the provision of consultancy and professional services relating to estates management, valuations, consultancy and residential services. The potential contract is 4 years in length with a notional value of 1 000 000 GBP for each proposed lot. Interested parties are asked to respond via the messaging system so the soft market testing information and questionnaire can be sent to them. The deadline for receipt of the completed documentation is Friday 23rd August 12.00. Lot 1: Major Projects/Project Management/Strategic Advise/Consultancy Services: Lot 1 is for the provision of high level advice and consultancy services for major projects. Lot 2: Residential Surveys: Lot 2 for the provision of residential surveys, valuations, plans, sales and disposal including commercial property, housing, right to buy determinations, freehold reversionary sales, leasehold reform act sales and valuations concerning enforcement action, release of covenants, home loss and disruption claims. Lot 3: Valuation Services: Lot 3 is for the provision of valuation services, Housing revenue account (HRA) valuations, HRA commercial valuations, general fund valuations and other capital and rental valuations as required, as well as repurchase by the customer (buy backs). Lot 4: Estate Management Commercial Services (Managed Assets): Lot 4 is for the provision of estate management commercial services (managed assets). This comprises management of around 400 assets with scope to expand under a centralised commercial landlord function (comprising both land and buildings and leased in assets). Lot 5: Non-Domestic Rating Services: Lot 5 is for the provision of non-domestic rating services, a revaluation rating service.
