Provision of Responsive Repair, Servicing & Maintenance of Renewable Technologies- PIN

Tender description

Radian require a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to carry out all routine maintenance and responsive repairs, as per manufacturers recommendations, to the renewable technology installations across the Radian operational area (see Appendix A to this PIN). These include; Solar Thermal, Ground Source, Air Source & Exhaust Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery installations. This is to include the complete heating systems, hot water systems and controls to each. Replacement systems may be required where it is not suitable or possible to repair. The supplier is also to provide an emergency call out service (response within 4 hours) across the Radian operational area.
