North Somerset Council is inviting suppliers to join an open framework for the provision of emergency accommodation to support homeless households. This open framework will run like a pseudo-DPS, in that it will remain open to join throughout it's entire 4-year term however business will be directly awarded, this is permitted under the light-touch regime.
